A tropical funk groove permeates the new single from Medellín based Bosq & Dorkas, who hails from Colombias Caribbean coast. The fusion also draws influence from Soukous, Dancehall, and Salsa among many other styles. We promise it’s much easier to dance to than classify.

About Dorkas:
Dorkas is an Afro Indigenous singer songwriter born in San Bernardo del Viento, a small town in the north of Colombia where the shores of the Sinú River and the Caribbean Sea meet. She grew up in a family who’s lives revolved around artisanal fishing, ecological sustainability, social work, and music. Her parents, both self taught musicians, made a love of art & music the principal identity of their family home. This has cultivated in Dorkas a special connection with music, the earth, and the sea, an essence and spiritual force that comes through strongly in her music.
